1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be returned in resellable condition (no damage or signs of wear).
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Some items, such as custom-made products, final sale items, and certain home décor accessories, are non-returnable. Please refer to the product description for specific details on return eligibility.


2. How to Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  4. Shipping the Return: Once you have the RA number, you can ship the item back to us. Please use a trackable shipping service and ensure that the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • Domestic Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • International Returns: The customer is responsible for both return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for condition, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued in the original form of payment, and the processing time may take 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds for Damaged or Defective Items: If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs.
  • Refund for Non-Defective Items: If the item is returned in a resellable condition (unused and undamaged), you will receive a refund for the purchase price minus any return shipping fees.

Note: If the returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we reserve the right to deny the return or offer a partial refund.


4. Exchanges

  • Final sale items
